Motorcycle Safety Skills Challenge on June 15

11 June 2019

The North Vancouver RCMP, West Vancouver Police department, City of North Vancouver and ICBC have organized the North Shore’s first-ever Motorcycle Safety Skills Challenge.

The goal of this event is for riders to gain new skills and become more confident. Specially, trained motorcycle officers will be on hand to answer questions about how to ride more safely.

North Shore police agencies want to give motorcyclists the skills and confidence they need to ride safely. It’ll be a unique opportunity for the public to train like the police train.

This event is not just for North Shore residents. Motorcycle officers from all over the Lower Mainland will be assisting; however, the North Vancouver RCMP and West Vancouver Police Department will be hosting this North Vancouver event.

When: Saturday June 15, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: North Shore Alliance Church parking lot
Address: 201 23rd Street East, North Vancouver

A Class 6 licence along with appropriate riding gear is required to participate.

We look forward to seeing you at this exciting and free event on June 15.
