New direct phone line available for Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking customers

We've launched a new interpretation phone line for our Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking customers to talk to us — in their own language — about their claim, insurance or driver licensing needs.

We know there's a lot of information out there about ICBC that's confusing for customers, especially for those new to B.C. or if English isn't their first language.

We want customers to have easier access to the information they need in their own language, which is why we've enhanced the interpretation services we provide.
